Rob Frankel
COO / AS9100 Quality Director
Rob Frankel is ABACORP’s Chief Operations Officer and AS9100 Quality Director. A machinist since 1975, Rob brings 5 decades of experience and technical knowledge to every project. As ABACORP’s CNC expert, he is passionate about producing parts that exceed expectations in both function and finish. Rob has developed proven processes and techniques throughout his career that help deliver high-quality parts efficiently and competitively. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, racing, riding and shooting.

John O' Weger
Director of Planning & Procurement
John has been with the company for 15 years. With over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, John plays a key role in maintaining production flow and meeting delivery schedules. Known for his strong time management and leadership skills, John is passionate about ensuring parts are produced correctly and delivered on time.

Efrem Escobar
Director of Operations
Efrem brings extensive leadership and operational experience to the team. He earned his master’s degree in Materials Science from Cal State Northridge and has 26 years of experience leading operations within high- performance manufacturing environments. Efrem’s technical background and strategic approach continue to raise the level of performance across ABACORP’s shop floor and operations.

Fletcher Burgdorf
Director of Shop Floor Operations
Fletcher plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and team unification throughout every project. With 15 years of manufacturing experience, along with a background in sales and hands-on expertise as one of ABACORP’s top machinists, he understands both customer expectations and machining realities. Fletcher helps ensure every job is produced efficiently, accurately, and delivered to the quality standards ABACORP is known for.
