That might seem far-fetched in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a very busy machine shop, but it actually just takes a small shift of consciousness.

ABACORP CEO Kim Frankel makes it a point to focus on engaging with every team member. To her, team is family, and she strongly believes in motivation through encouragement and investing time.

For us, our company goals are dynamic: continue to strive for a better product as cost-effective as possible, increase machine up time by 15%, increase new business by 20% by the end of the first quarter and expand our team with ten new jobs by the end of the year. And on a personal level – Frankel is excited to achieve excellent fitness and continue to watch her team thrive and serve in the community.
